堺 孝行 (さかい たかゆき)堺の歴史は、辿れば600年。かの有名な戦国武将、織田信長がこよなく愛した火縄銃は「堺」製だったと伝えられています。打ち刃物として、細部のディティールまで一切の妥協を許さない精巧な造りは親から子へとその技術が伝承されてきた証であり、昭和57年には伝統工芸品へと指定される程となりました。そして現在では、国境を越え、世界30カ国以上の家庭や料理人の手に渡り、沢山の人々を魅了しています。ご使用上の注意-刃こぼれの原因となりますので、骨や冷凍された食品を切ることはご遠慮ください-錆や劣化しないよう使用後はお湯で洗い、乾燥タオルで水分を拭き取ってください。-シミや変色する場合があるので、食洗器のご利用はお控えください。
