  いにしえより伝わる三つの宝 鉄：選び抜かれた鉄、鋼材へのこだわり 水：最高の切れ味を実現する水焼き入れ 炎：松炭の炎を使用した妥協なき鍛造 三宝とは売り手よし、買い手よし、世間よしの三方とかけ、三宝と命名されたのです。実は実は堺孝行（靑木刃物）の工一つ一つが堺市の三宝町にあることから由来しており、この工場で作成された包丁なのです。切れ味を優先される方には特におすすめの包丁です。 白二鋼の割込は堺孝行の中でも初めてかもしれません。刃金も地金も鉄ということで、ほおっておけば錆びます。しかしながら切れ味は一級品です。青二鋼より切れ方を好む人も多く、待望の新作包丁といえます。打刃ならではの鋭い切れ味は申し分ありません。打刃ですので、挿柄で、個性的なウエンジの柄となります。また、ブレードは磨きに摺りを入れ、多少錆びにくくしています。見るからに切れそうではないでしょうか？ 現在「研匠」光三郎では、ご予約を受付中です。販売は令和6年4月からの予定となります。待望の堺孝行新作包丁ということもあり、今後入手が困難になる可能性もあります。在庫のご用意もございますので、お気軽にお問合せください。
